What about Omega 3 fats – Dr. Mercola answers my question!

As I said in a previous post, fat is good.  High quality Omega 3, 6, 9 fats need to be included in your diet.  Getting Omega 3’s is important for vegetarians.  How to do this?  Here is Dr. Mercola answering this question for me.  Note that krill oil is a great source for nonvegetarians so his talk is of great interest to all!  Thank you Dr. Mercola!

Oh, and good sources for vegetarians are flax seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, purslane, and perilla.  Use whole seeds and leaves for best results and grind your own or eat whole.  Check the video for details.
