Hey, Yoga Man! – great new yoga book – now available!

Hey, Yoga Man! is now published and available!

Each Sunday we do asana practice for the first part of class. The second part includes topics from yoga philosophy, meditation, attention and awareness practice and other great things. This involves giving out a lot of photocopies. I have gathered a lot of this material into a book that is available at Heyyogaman.com where you can also buy books for prisoners. The book is also available for purchase at Createspace. The book is also now available at Amazon.com, and at fine bookstores everywhere. Here is the Kindle version. The book is being used in my classes and also is appropriate for individual practice or any beginning yoga class.
