Hey Yoga Man! – new book from the Prison Yoga Practice

Hey Yoga Man! front cover
Each Sunday we do asana practice for the first part of class. The second part includes topics from yoga philosophy, meditation, attention and awareness practice and other great things. This involves giving out a lot of photocopies. I have gathered a lot of this material into a book that will be available at Amazon, Heyyogaman.com (already some book info here), and fine bookstores everywhere. I will add to the list as the Createspace store and Kindle versions become available. The book proofs are currently on the way and I need my editor, my teacher, and my trusted reader to help me complete the publishing process so I will update you mid February when the book becomes available.

The book will be used in my classes and also is appropriate for individual practice or any beginning yoga class.
