Special Presentation: Thought Field Therapy Workshop Sunday 1/2/11 5:30PM-9:30PM

Pashupati will be out of town and Shiva Steve Ordog will be presenting this great workshop! Come out & join us!

Thought Field Therapy TFT is a technique of adjusting the energy system with a sequence of tapping on points on the body that correspond to meridians used in acupuncture. It is simple. You do it yourself. It is non invasive and non harming. Adjusting the energy system yields results in the realm of thoughts and emotions and also in the corresponding physical body realm. Emotional Freedom Technique EFT is an offshoot of TFT and will also be discussed and demonstrated. Shiva will work with actual issues of the members of the group as time permits. He will also discuss the energy system and chakras from the yogic point of view to explain the historical ground this technique has come from. This workshop is appropriate for anyone with an interest. No experience with TFT, EFT or yoga is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat or blanket and something you can sit on for meditation on the floor. We will be at the Wade Edwards Learning Lab. There are handouts but bring a pen or pencil to add info to the handouts as needed and to make notes if you like.

This workshop is offered as a yoga training as part of the Shiva Dancing School of Yoga. We will meet for the normal 5:30 to 9:30 time frame. Bring snacks to share if you like. In addition to the workshop we will have other yoga activities and a group meditation as time permits.

Check out the Meetup Description for more info, directions and information about the Shiva Dancing School of Yoga now accepting students on an ongoing basis for Yoga Teacher Training.
