Prison Yoga Practice on TV

A while back, a nearby TV station did a  report on the prison yoga practice at Wake County Correctional. Featured in this report is my teacher Pashupati Steve Landau and two of the members of the yoga class and yoga teacher training.   These guys and most of the class are working outside the prison daily and are working toward release dates that are not very far away.  A yoga practice can help give an inner calm that can support this transition. The two men in the report are Louis Allen and Abdul Kabir (Wesley Moliere). It has been a very good experience to get to know them.
